Students worked all period on their Mental Disorders projects - - Study Sheets must be printed out before class on Friday - - enough for each classmember to have one.

For the next three days, we're going to be working in class (individually or in pairs) to create a PowerPoint presentation and a Study Sheet on specific mental disorders. Students were assigned partners (if they chose to work with one) and disorders - - all randomly. Laptops were brought in so that all work could be done in class. Students MUST save their work to their Wheeler folders so that they can be accessed for presentation on Friday.

Students who did the extra credit Deviant Behavior project presented their projects today. Only a few in each class were brave enough or took the time to do a project. Remember not to beg for grades at the end of the semester! You had a chance to raise your grade by up to 25 points with this project!
Today was test day for Module 32.
We watched the short film on Shirley Jackson's "The Lottery" today as an example of social psychology - - groups/traditions. Some traditions are good! Others . . . ??
