Wheeler has had 2 great days of school! Students are in classes and teachers are "fired up!" Class meetings are on Wednesday, Aug. 15th. Students will be reminded about following the rules and other information.
DRESS CODE
The major changes this year are if a hat, do-rag, or any head covering is worn the student will lose it for the remainder of the year. Shirts must cover the stomach and be at least 2 inches wide on the shoulders. Shorts must be no higher than 5 inches above the top of the knee.
CELL PHONES
Students caught using their cell phone or I-pod during the day will receive a Satuday School for the first offense and then it will get progressively worse for future offenses. We will not be taking up cell phones this year.
TEXTBOOK FINES
Students that have textbook fines from the past will not be issued textbooks until the fine is paid. Please get them paid!
BREAKFAST
We are serving breakfast daily from 7:45 am until 8:15 am. Stop in to get the day started on a happy note!
Varsity football scrimmage at Wheeler Friday night Aug. 17th, 7:30 pm vs Centennial. Admission at the gate is $5.00. You may use your season pass!
