Another Successful Semester

Fall's Semester was successfully completed by all the fun students of the Fourth Block Digital Media class. The final projects included a News Broadcast, a music video, a super sleuth "Scooby Doo" story, and a tale of romantic deceit and payback.

Thanks for the opportunity to be your teacher and I look forward to seeing some of you in the Multimedia class.

The Year Is Over

A wonderful Fall Semester was successfully completed by all the fine students in the First Block Digital Media class. The final projects covered such important topics as Teen Driving, Code Red security at Wheeler High School, Students with Jobs, New Computer Game Infomercial, and a fun "Rocky II" type video.

Great job!

User Accounts

  • All students should have their own unique account.
  • Always log in with your own account unless given permission by instructor to use an account different from your assigned account.

Classroom Rules

  • Treat others as you would want to be treated; respect students, teachers, and all guests
  • Be prompt to class, be seated before the tardy bell rings
  • Finish foods and drinks before entering class. Water only may be drunk at workstation if kept on floor.
  • Gum is not professional and should not be chewed. If you decide to be unprofessional and chew gum, keep it in your mouth. Do not snap and pop it. Do not stretch it out of your mouth. Chewing gum is a privilege and can be forfeited by not following these guidelines.
  • Assignments and tests will be returned. You need a notebook with these five sections: Assignments, Worksheets/Handouts, Tests & Quizzes, Reference, Miscellaneous
  • Stay in your assigned seat/continent unless you are given permission to move
  • Raise your hand to be recognized
  • Listen attentively during note taking and lecture times
  • After the first two weeks, you will be given FIVE hall passes for bathroom, guidance, nurse, etc. “Continent” leaders get one extra pass for each six week leadership term. Use these passes wisely.
  • No one can leave classroom the first 15 minutes of class; no one can leave the last 15 minutes of class. THIS IS A SCHOOL-WIDE POLICY.
  • Makeup work must be completed within time frame specified in the Wheeler Planner. For example, if you are absent one day, you have two days to make up the work. Work that is not made up within the allocated time will receive a grade of ZERO. It is the students responsibility to contact the teacher about makeup work.
  • Abide by other rules stated in the Wheeler High School Student Planner

Computer Rules

General Computer usage rules are the same as the school wide rules. These rules have been acknowledged by all students in a separate document
